If you feel the value should be higher, then you are able to increase the insured amount by taking it to your Post Office and paying a small additional fee.
Yes, we do – as long as it’s a precious metal, we will buy it.
This service is completely Free of Charge and your parcel will be trackable and insured up to £750. If you require additional insurance over £750 this is available at a very small cost at the post office.
However if the items you send in have no precious metals then there will be a fee of £12 to return them to you.
Silver is not accepted unless sent in with gold and will carry an admin fee for it’s return.
